Build the next generation of humanoid robots

Vesoma 1 is under development. Our alpha robots are already in the lab. We are hiring engineers, designers, and operators who have shipped hardware before.

Build together, on-site

Humanoid systems take real machines, real labs and time working together. Every role at Vesoma is on-site in Munich, Limassol or across both, as stated in each posting. For senior hires, we cover relocation and support the visa process.

A stake in what we build

Everyone we hire on-site shares in Vesoma’s upside. The structure depends on your location, with the terms explained clearly in your offer. Your contribution should be reflected in your participation in what we build.

Take safety personally

These machines enter the world under our name. Safety shapes the decisions we make, the tests we run and how we respond when something fails. We look for people who take that responsibility seriously. If you have thought hard about what “safe enough” means, we want to talk.

The tools to do the work

Good engineering needs the right resources. We invest in lab equipment, compute and the tools our teams need, with support for relevant conferences, work at customer sites and collaboration between our locations.
